I take pride in the craftsmanship of the jewelry I create. If something you purchased from me needs repairing in the first 90 days, I'll be glad to fix it free of charge. After the 3-month date, a reasonable repair fee will be charged. Note: Fees may be charged based on the availability of components. Please call or email me to arrange for a repair. Return shipping fees are complimentary. See Returns, below, for more detail.
Charge your online purchases securely through PayPal: Pay directly from your PayPal balance or linked bank account, or charge it to your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). If you wish to mail me a check, items will be shipped after your check clears. Please allow up to 10 business days for checks to clear.
Phone orders are also welcome. Call me at 703-901-3738 between 10 AM and 6 PM EST. Leave a message if I'm not available, and I'll return your call within 24 hours.
Items are generally shipped within 48 hours after receiving payment confirmation. Orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, for a flat rate of $7. Orders of $100 or more are shipped free of charge.
If you wish to have your order shipped by an alternate carrier such as UPS or FedEx, please specify such details in the Comments box or email me with the details. Additional fees will apply.
5% sales tax is applicable on any item sold or shipped within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Most of my designs are limited editions or one-of-a-kind. If you add an item to your cart, the number in the drop-down box will show how many are in stock. If you don't see a drop-down box, it means there is only one. Please contact me to discuss having additional items made for you.
If you see something you like in the Sold Gallery, contact me to discuss the options on creating something similar. These items can be custom-made using different colors, stones, lengths, types of clasps, and/or matching items to suit your preferences.
I do my best to keep the online database up-to-date. If an item is unavailable due to a previous sale, I'll notify you within 2 business days by email or phone. Each piece of jewelry comes with a tag detailing the names of all stones and metals used in the piece.
I welcome custom orders. Many of my customers enjoy telling their friends that they've had their jewelry custom-made. Custom orders are considered final purchases and cannot be returned. A 50% deposit may be required before processing a custom order. Custom orders may take up to 4 weeks.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, your jewelry will be accepted for merchandise credit or refund. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery confirmation date.
Returns must be in new condition, safely packaged, and insured. Refunds are made in the same manner in which the payments were originally made. Please contact me to arrange for a return. I cannot be responsible for any items lost in the mail. Shipping fees are not refundable.
